Some Customer Reviews for Bormioli Rocco Frigoverre Jug with Hermetic Lid, 77-3/4-Ounce "This jug has a classic look to it. But it's clearly a jug and not a dainty pitcher. It's also a bit smaller than I imagined dimension wise, but it does hold that 77 ounces..." "I'm not sanguine about storing things in plastic, so when I was looking for a large-size refrigerator jug for fruit water and iced tea or coffee, I looked at the glass containers..." "I found this jug to be just as advertised for the last two years, but lost it today to shock. It was supposed to be shock-resistant, and perhaps it was as I made iced tea in it..." "I was looking for a large pitcher to hold ice tea and this is perfect. The cover is not that difficult to figure out..." "I was looking for a wide mouthed (easier to clean) glass jar in which I could make sun tea. This is perfect! Quality thick glass. Nice lid that you can twist to seal tightly..." "After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance on this jug. I noted the comments that said that extreme changes in temperature have caused their jugs to break and have been..." "Strangely enough, I lived in Italy for 2 years and never saw one of these. Now I live in Germany and I have still not seen one..."
